In one of those rare occurrences, Microsoft finds itself doing well in Japan. According to industry tracker Media Create, the Xbox 360 comfortably outsold its competition last week, with 25,334 units shipped to the Nintendo Wii’s 16,973 and the Sony PlayStation 3’s 16,149. Nintendo’s DSi handheld still retained the top spot by a wide margin, though, with 41,839 units sold. It was followed by the PSP, with 29,552 units sold.

Previous Xbox 360 exclusives, such as Infinite Undiscovery and Tales of Vesperia, have also resulted in sales spikes for the company in Japan, where Microsoft is still struggling to find a large audience. While Microsoft sits at the top this week, if previous trends are any indication, then after initial buzz for Star Ocean 4 dies down, so will Xbox 360 sales. Given a couple more weeks, Nintendo will likely find itself as the dominator once again.

The Wii Fit is good for moving your buttocks but it lacks in providing any sort of exercise for the upper part of the body. It doesn’t mean you have to turn to push-ups for this purpose. So, to capitalize on your desire for a full body exercise, riiflex has dropped in. It is a device that turns the Wii Fit into a weighted dumbbell. According to Dvice, there will be two options available, 2 and 5-pound add-ons. The controller can still be used all the while pumping some iron.

It is cool to see the addition of fitness options into daily gameplay. The price of this add-on has not yet been specified. So long as the correct movement is provided to improve your biceps you have been dreaming of, the price doesn’t matter.

Nintendo’s Wii Fit is very popular and it is very good for work outs and exercises. However, the debate goes that will it actually be as beneficial as going to a regular gym. Speaking about the game, a personal trainer from Lawton says that Wii Fit is a good option only for some people. According to Tuesday Rivera, Wii Fit is good for those who are willing to stay at home or those who wish to spend that amount of money at one time.

The users have the disadvantage of not getting answers to their queries except that they have to do what they are told. The problem of not being able to interact persists and the users have to do even if they don’t feel right about something. Even after the immense popularity of Wii Fit, there have been no drop offs in the membership of gym.
